Inspired by the vibrant yet increasingly vulnerable beauty of the Australian reefs, 'Playful Reefs' was designed for a private label that focuses on premium sleepwear, and creates collections made with joy and love.

Commissioned to create a collection of prints, I sought to capture the dazzling energy of a thriving reef through joyful colors and whimsical forms, while simultaneously weaving in a subtle reminder of the urgent need for conservation (since sustainability is one of the brands pillars). Each element, from the intricate corals to the lively abstract shapes, celebrates the incredible biodiversity we risk losing. The label’s hope was that these designs offer luxurious comfort, spark curiosity and inspire us all to protect our ecosystems.
